A: WPCRaM is WebPresented's annual User Group Conference. Attended by companies using WPCRM, the event is an excellent resource to help customers get the most out of their WPCRM platform.

Q: Where and when is WPCRaM?
A: October 9-11, 2023 | Columbus, OH. 

Q: Why is it called WPCRaM? 
A: "WP" = WebPresented, "CRAM" = verb, 1. study intensively over a short period of time; 2. completely fill. The event will be completely filled with content and a great opportunity to study WebPresented's platform intensively. And, of course, take away the letter "a" and you get the name of everyone's favorite #1 CRM for Distributors.

Q: Who should attend?
A: WPCRaM is for employees of Distribution companies running WPCRM. There will be content for System Administrators, project managers, IT managers, sales managers, executives, and any other business or technical users.

Q: Can I present a Case Study session at WPCRaM?
A: Yes! To request to present a case study session at WPCRaM in-person or virtually and receive 50% off registration, please fill out our form.

Q: How will I know if I am registered?
A: You will receive a confirmation email when you register.

Q: How do I pay for my registration?
A: We will bill you separately for your WPCRaM registration.

Q: Can I substitute/transfer someone else to attend the Conference?
A: Yes, if you need to make a substitution please reach out to the Event Manager, Rachel Sharkman, at rsharkman@webpresented.com.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations with full refund can be made up until 2 weeks before the conference.

Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: There is no deadline to register - registrations will be open until the day of the conference kickoff. 

Q: When and where will check-in and badge pick-up be?
A: Check-in and badge pick-up will take place Monday night at the Evening Reception and Tuesday morning during breakfast.

Q: What should I wear to the conference?
A: Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, but we suggest business casual.

Q: Will the event be filmed and photographed?
A: Yes, by registering to WPCRaM 2023 you are agreeing to be photographed.
